This is the newest hotel in Mawlamyine which just recently opened on 25th May 2008 and is by far the best value in town. The rooms are new and spotlessly clean, and are serviced daily by their exceptionally pleasant and friendly hotel staff. The hotel construction was completed in the first quarter of 2008 which means that the building is brand new with all amenities in excellent working order. The best rooms have air con, tiled floors, satellite TV with a range of international TV stations to choose from, bar fridge, fan, hot and cold water showers and a sit down toilet. As with all good modern hotels in Myanmar, a stand-by generator is available in the event of power blackouts which is a common daily phenomena in Myanmar. The hotel rates includes a western breakfast of toast, eggs, fruit, orange juice and coffee.

This is by far the best hotel in Mawlamyine to choose from, not only for the price, but for the excellent service from the warm and friendly staff and large and spotlessly clean rooms.

Rates: $20 USD for basic rooms with fan; $25 for special rooms with air con, hot water and satellite TV. Includes breakfast.
