This shop on Upper Main Rd diagonally opposite opposite the fire brigade at Upper Zeigyi has no signs in English. It's one of the first public Internet access centers in Mawlamyine and have been around since 2005. Rates are 1000 kyat an hour and there are 5 terminals for public access. You'll often find the staff here on the computers playing network games and at times, and the place does appear like a "boys club", albeit a friendly one. All computers have battery UPS systems attached to them so in the likely event that an unexpected blackout occurs, you won't lose anything you've done on the computer. In such cases, the shop switches to their petrol generator for their electricity supply. This shop opens around 9:00am and closes at 9:30pm. The Internet here can be slow at times, and uses Satellite technology for its feed.
