Banner Store, Myine Yadanar Centre

The second floor at the north end has many gold and jewellery shops just behind and adjacent to the esclators. 

The third floor houses Mawlamyine's only supermarket called "Banner Store" as well as a mall with shops selling trendy kids' fashion clothes, a barber shop which charges 1000 kyat ($1) for haircuts for men, an electrical appliance store selling digital cameras and accessories, as well as outdated Sony PSPs. Blue Line Internet is also located on the third floor. The public toilet is located on the third floor and charges 100 kyat to use it.

Also on the top floor of the MYC is a very decent coffee shop and bakery selling western style pastries and good strong coffee. The shop usually plays a recording of a Buddhist pray recital in the morning. The shop is attached to Amazing PC Internet centre with a direct entrance, making Amazing PC an Internet Cafe in its true sense. Opposite Amazing PC is a large stage area where public performances are held on special occasions.

Also on the top floor of MYC is a well equipped public gym. This gym can get quite busy and they have free weights and exercise machines for their members to use. The gym also has a "Ladies Only" section.

Around the corner from Game City and the gyn is an ice cream stall, strategically located to attract kiddies on their way to or from Game City as well as gym goers so that they actually do have a reason to go to gym, considering the majority of Myanmar people are under weight anyway! ;)
